At EZ Car Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
